CASEVIP Party for a betting companyWe created a concept and executed a party for over 400 VIP clients of a betting company at Sturecompagniet one of the biggest night clubs in Stockholm It became a memorable evening as we provided this large group of people with burlesque dancers fire breathers and acrobats Our clients were offered food such as Canapeacutes meat from carving stations Chocolate Fountains and a glamorous Champagne Tower We had activities and competitions to engage the crowd such as arcade games as well as slot car racing which became an instant hit for our clients

After Party UFCIn 2014 Tailor Events started a partnership with the UFC Tailor Events came up with the concept of adding an After Party to the UFC event The first After Party was in Stockholm with around 1 400 visitors Tailor Events planned and executed the whole party The guests got to meet UFC stars and were accompanied by superstar DJs such as John De Sohn and Oliver Ingrosso The night included photo opportunities with the UFC belt a live filming of the show ldquoInside The Octagonrdquo and much more As this was such a successful event the concept has been executed in London and Glasgow afterwards

Three-day event in Malta for 250 peopleWe organizing a trip to Malta along with Norwegian celebrities and ambassadors for our client

All the guests were flown in to Malta by a private chartered aircraft from Oslo which was branded with the company logo All the guests had a fantastic weekend in Malta which included accommodation in a luxury five star hotel where they got the opportunity to watch the Euro qualifying soccer game between Malta and NorwayPrior to the game our guests had a meet and greet with Norwegian football celebrities gala dinner by the sea where several Norwegian artists performed and also a boat excursion on the Mediterranean with lunch on Gozo an island of the Maltese archipelagoTailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end In addition to the VIP-arrangements we arranged branding in the airport traffic signs along the road from the airport to the hotel and arena branding on the football stadium

CASEActivation in Mantorp Gatebil race Betting CompanyOur client who was a large betting company wanted to add on an activation to reach out to their clients at an event they were already sponsoring in Mantorp Sweden We branded a tent belonging to a famous Swedish WRC racer Hostesses in branded clothes reached out to people passing by and helped activate and sign up new clients by offering them to spin a wheel that offered a prize every single time they played Giveaways that was branded suitable for the event such as sunglasses ponchos power banks and waterproof bags for smartphones where given out to existing and new customersThis event was then replicated at a Music Festival in Oumlstersund Sweden

World Cup 2014 Screening Oumlrebro Betting Company We arranged an outdoor screening of two games in the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a public square in Oumlrebro It was an event that lasted for full day with competitions performers and famous soccer players The activation was open to the public and the main goal was to reach out to the biggest crowd possible We also wanted to build brand awareness and gain new clients All new customers that were acquired during this event and current customers got offered VIP seating with food and beverages Around 500 new and old customers were acquired and around 800 people watched the full screening

World Ski Championship in Falun 2015The main objective was to build brand awareness and acquire new customers for the Norwegian market for our client which was a large betting company Tailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end

First off we placed a branded tent close to the main entrance where visitors passed at least twice a day Approximately 350 000 people passed our tent during the 12 days the tournament lastedIn the tent we arranged activities to register the newly found customers

We also had an exclusively reserved corner in a large party tent located downtown next to the area where the award ceremony was held every day Our corner was branded and decorated to become Norwegian influenced with Norwegian flags and we also had private bar with Norwegian beer and comfortable furniture our visitors could enjoy Additionally we also had a VIP-group of approximately 40 pax for whom we arranged all travel and accommodation arrangements VIP-hospitality and category 1 tickets to the World Ski Championships in Falun

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

These iPhones where then delivered by the hostesses in a private helicopter directly to each winnerrsquos door

Gold hunting in Las VegasOur client a betting company had a marketing campaign on the subject Gold hunting To add on to their campaign they wanted to send two VIP winners on a Gold panning experience We arranged a EXCITING tour to the historic ghost town of Nelson Nevada which included a guided above and below ground tour of the TECHATTICUP MINE in Eldorado Canyon This is the oldest richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada At their hotel they boarded a vehicle to take them to the base camp At the base camp they boarded aHummer H2 for an off-road scenic adventure into the Desert

They then got instructions from a professional on prospecting and gold panning They of course got to keep any gold they found

The Ultimate Dubai Experience40 people 20 winners and one guest each won an exclusive VIP trip to Dubai and stay at a 5-star hotelThe first day the clients got a private desert safari where they had a chance to do sand dune bashing boarding on the sand dunes and camel riding The evening ended under the stars where they were served a grill buffet accompanied by entertainment such as belly dancing and henna tattoos

The second day they experienced Dubai from above with a helicopter tour This was followed by a guided tour where the subject was world records Dubai is holding over 150 world records today The day ended with a 7 course tasting menu at the famous Burj Al arab the only seven-star hotel in the world The last day was spent on private Yacht that took the guests to an island with a beach club

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day

CASEActivation in Mantorp Gatebil race Betting CompanyOur client who was a large betting company wanted to add on an activation to reach out to their clients at an event they were already sponsoring in Mantorp Sweden We branded a tent belonging to a famous Swedish WRC racer Hostesses in branded clothes reached out to people passing by and helped activate and sign up new clients by offering them to spin a wheel that offered a prize every single time they played Giveaways that was branded suitable for the event such as sunglasses ponchos power banks and waterproof bags for smartphones where given out to existing and new customersThis event was then replicated at a Music Festival in Oumlstersund Sweden

World Cup 2014 Screening Oumlrebro Betting Company We arranged an outdoor screening of two games in the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a public square in Oumlrebro It was an event that lasted for full day with competitions performers and famous soccer players The activation was open to the public and the main goal was to reach out to the biggest crowd possible We also wanted to build brand awareness and gain new clients All new customers that were acquired during this event and current customers got offered VIP seating with food and beverages Around 500 new and old customers were acquired and around 800 people watched the full screening

World Ski Championship in Falun 2015The main objective was to build brand awareness and acquire new customers for the Norwegian market for our client which was a large betting company Tailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end

First off we placed a branded tent close to the main entrance where visitors passed at least twice a day Approximately 350 000 people passed our tent during the 12 days the tournament lastedIn the tent we arranged activities to register the newly found customers

We also had an exclusively reserved corner in a large party tent located downtown next to the area where the award ceremony was held every day Our corner was branded and decorated to become Norwegian influenced with Norwegian flags and we also had private bar with Norwegian beer and comfortable furniture our visitors could enjoy Additionally we also had a VIP-group of approximately 40 pax for whom we arranged all travel and accommodation arrangements VIP-hospitality and category 1 tickets to the World Ski Championships in Falun

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

The Ultimate Dubai Experience40 people 20 winners and one guest each won an exclusive VIP trip to Dubai and stay at a 5-star hotelThe first day the clients got a private desert safari where they had a chance to do sand dune bashing boarding on the sand dunes and camel riding The evening ended under the stars where they were served a grill buffet accompanied by entertainment such as belly dancing and henna tattoos

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day

CASEVIP Party for a betting companyWe created a concept and executed a party for over 400 VIP clients of a betting company at Sturecompagniet one of the biggest night clubs in Stockholm It became a memorable evening as we provided this large group of people with burlesque dancers fire breathers and acrobats Our clients were offered food such as Canapeacutes meat from carving stations Chocolate Fountains and a glamorous Champagne Tower We had activities and competitions to engage the crowd such as arcade games as well as slot car racing which became an instant hit for our clients

After Party UFCIn 2014 Tailor Events started a partnership with the UFC Tailor Events came up with the concept of adding an After Party to the UFC event The first After Party was in Stockholm with around 1 400 visitors Tailor Events planned and executed the whole party The guests got to meet UFC stars and were accompanied by superstar DJs such as John De Sohn and Oliver Ingrosso The night included photo opportunities with the UFC belt a live filming of the show ldquoInside The Octagonrdquo and much more As this was such a successful event the concept has been executed in London and Glasgow afterwards

Three-day event in Malta for 250 peopleWe organizing a trip to Malta along with Norwegian celebrities and ambassadors for our client

Gold hunting in Las VegasOur client a betting company had a marketing campaign on the subject Gold hunting To add on to their campaign they wanted to send two VIP winners on a Gold panning experience We arranged a EXCITING tour to the historic ghost town of Nelson Nevada which included a guided above and below ground tour of the TECHATTICUP MINE in Eldorado Canyon This is the oldest richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada At their hotel they boarded a vehicle to take them to the base camp At the base camp they boarded aHummer H2 for an off-road scenic adventure into the Desert

They then got instructions from a professional on prospecting and gold panning They of course got to keep any gold they found

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

CASEVIP Party for a betting companyWe created a concept and executed a party for over 400 VIP clients of a betting company at Sturecompagniet one of the biggest night clubs in Stockholm It became a memorable evening as we provided this large group of people with burlesque dancers fire breathers and acrobats Our clients were offered food such as Canapeacutes meat from carving stations Chocolate Fountains and a glamorous Champagne Tower We had activities and competitions to engage the crowd such as arcade games as well as slot car racing which became an instant hit for our clients

After Party UFCIn 2014 Tailor Events started a partnership with the UFC Tailor Events came up with the concept of adding an After Party to the UFC event The first After Party was in Stockholm with around 1 400 visitors Tailor Events planned and executed the whole party The guests got to meet UFC stars and were accompanied by superstar DJs such as John De Sohn and Oliver Ingrosso The night included photo opportunities with the UFC belt a live filming of the show ldquoInside The Octagonrdquo and much more As this was such a successful event the concept has been executed in London and Glasgow afterwards

Three-day event in Malta for 250 peopleWe organizing a trip to Malta along with Norwegian celebrities and ambassadors for our client

All the guests were flown in to Malta by a private chartered aircraft from Oslo which was branded with the company logo All the guests had a fantastic weekend in Malta which included accommodation in a luxury five star hotel where they got the opportunity to watch the Euro qualifying soccer game between Malta and NorwayPrior to the game our guests had a meet and greet with Norwegian football celebrities gala dinner by the sea where several Norwegian artists performed and also a boat excursion on the Mediterranean with lunch on Gozo an island of the Maltese archipelagoTailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end In addition to the VIP-arrangements we arranged branding in the airport traffic signs along the road from the airport to the hotel and arena branding on the football stadium

CASEActivation in Mantorp Gatebil race Betting CompanyOur client who was a large betting company wanted to add on an activation to reach out to their clients at an event they were already sponsoring in Mantorp Sweden We branded a tent belonging to a famous Swedish WRC racer Hostesses in branded clothes reached out to people passing by and helped activate and sign up new clients by offering them to spin a wheel that offered a prize every single time they played Giveaways that was branded suitable for the event such as sunglasses ponchos power banks and waterproof bags for smartphones where given out to existing and new customersThis event was then replicated at a Music Festival in Oumlstersund Sweden

World Cup 2014 Screening Oumlrebro Betting Company We arranged an outdoor screening of two games in the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a public square in Oumlrebro It was an event that lasted for full day with competitions performers and famous soccer players The activation was open to the public and the main goal was to reach out to the biggest crowd possible We also wanted to build brand awareness and gain new clients All new customers that were acquired during this event and current customers got offered VIP seating with food and beverages Around 500 new and old customers were acquired and around 800 people watched the full screening

World Ski Championship in Falun 2015The main objective was to build brand awareness and acquire new customers for the Norwegian market for our client which was a large betting company Tailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end

First off we placed a branded tent close to the main entrance where visitors passed at least twice a day Approximately 350 000 people passed our tent during the 12 days the tournament lastedIn the tent we arranged activities to register the newly found customers

We also had an exclusively reserved corner in a large party tent located downtown next to the area where the award ceremony was held every day Our corner was branded and decorated to become Norwegian influenced with Norwegian flags and we also had private bar with Norwegian beer and comfortable furniture our visitors could enjoy Additionally we also had a VIP-group of approximately 40 pax for whom we arranged all travel and accommodation arrangements VIP-hospitality and category 1 tickets to the World Ski Championships in Falun

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

These iPhones where then delivered by the hostesses in a private helicopter directly to each winnerrsquos door

CASEVIP Party for a betting companyWe created a concept and executed a party for over 400 VIP clients of a betting company at Sturecompagniet one of the biggest night clubs in Stockholm It became a memorable evening as we provided this large group of people with burlesque dancers fire breathers and acrobats Our clients were offered food such as Canapeacutes meat from carving stations Chocolate Fountains and a glamorous Champagne Tower We had activities and competitions to engage the crowd such as arcade games as well as slot car racing which became an instant hit for our clients

After Party UFCIn 2014 Tailor Events started a partnership with the UFC Tailor Events came up with the concept of adding an After Party to the UFC event The first After Party was in Stockholm with around 1 400 visitors Tailor Events planned and executed the whole party The guests got to meet UFC stars and were accompanied by superstar DJs such as John De Sohn and Oliver Ingrosso The night included photo opportunities with the UFC belt a live filming of the show ldquoInside The Octagonrdquo and much more As this was such a successful event the concept has been executed in London and Glasgow afterwards

Three-day event in Malta for 250 peopleWe organizing a trip to Malta along with Norwegian celebrities and ambassadors for our client

World Cup 2014 Screening Oumlrebro Betting Company We arranged an outdoor screening of two games in the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a public square in Oumlrebro It was an event that lasted for full day with competitions performers and famous soccer players The activation was open to the public and the main goal was to reach out to the biggest crowd possible We also wanted to build brand awareness and gain new clients All new customers that were acquired during this event and current customers got offered VIP seating with food and beverages Around 500 new and old customers were acquired and around 800 people watched the full screening

World Ski Championship in Falun 2015The main objective was to build brand awareness and acquire new customers for the Norwegian market for our client which was a large betting company Tailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end

First off we placed a branded tent close to the main entrance where visitors passed at least twice a day Approximately 350 000 people passed our tent during the 12 days the tournament lastedIn the tent we arranged activities to register the newly found customers

We also had an exclusively reserved corner in a large party tent located downtown next to the area where the award ceremony was held every day Our corner was branded and decorated to become Norwegian influenced with Norwegian flags and we also had private bar with Norwegian beer and comfortable furniture our visitors could enjoy Additionally we also had a VIP-group of approximately 40 pax for whom we arranged all travel and accommodation arrangements VIP-hospitality and category 1 tickets to the World Ski Championships in Falun

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

These iPhones where then delivered by the hostesses in a private helicopter directly to each winnerrsquos door

Gold hunting in Las VegasOur client a betting company had a marketing campaign on the subject Gold hunting To add on to their campaign they wanted to send two VIP winners on a Gold panning experience We arranged a EXCITING tour to the historic ghost town of Nelson Nevada which included a guided above and below ground tour of the TECHATTICUP MINE in Eldorado Canyon This is the oldest richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada At their hotel they boarded a vehicle to take them to the base camp At the base camp they boarded aHummer H2 for an off-road scenic adventure into the Desert

The Ultimate Dubai Experience40 people 20 winners and one guest each won an exclusive VIP trip to Dubai and stay at a 5-star hotelThe first day the clients got a private desert safari where they had a chance to do sand dune bashing boarding on the sand dunes and camel riding The evening ended under the stars where they were served a grill buffet accompanied by entertainment such as belly dancing and henna tattoos

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day

World Cup 2014 Screening Oumlrebro Betting Company We arranged an outdoor screening of two games in the FIFA World Cup 2014 at a public square in Oumlrebro It was an event that lasted for full day with competitions performers and famous soccer players The activation was open to the public and the main goal was to reach out to the biggest crowd possible We also wanted to build brand awareness and gain new clients All new customers that were acquired during this event and current customers got offered VIP seating with food and beverages Around 500 new and old customers were acquired and around 800 people watched the full screening

World Ski Championship in Falun 2015The main objective was to build brand awareness and acquire new customers for the Norwegian market for our client which was a large betting company Tailor Events initiated planned and executed the whole project from the beginning to the end

First off we placed a branded tent close to the main entrance where visitors passed at least twice a day Approximately 350 000 people passed our tent during the 12 days the tournament lastedIn the tent we arranged activities to register the newly found customers

We also had an exclusively reserved corner in a large party tent located downtown next to the area where the award ceremony was held every day Our corner was branded and decorated to become Norwegian influenced with Norwegian flags and we also had private bar with Norwegian beer and comfortable furniture our visitors could enjoy Additionally we also had a VIP-group of approximately 40 pax for whom we arranged all travel and accommodation arrangements VIP-hospitality and category 1 tickets to the World Ski Championships in Falun

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

These iPhones where then delivered by the hostesses in a private helicopter directly to each winnerrsquos door

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day

Gumball 3000The Gumball 3000 is an annual British 3000-mile international celebrity motor rally which takes place on public roads and is filled with supercars and customized masterpieces It all started in 1999 when the idea to combine cars music fashion and lots of entertainment was brought to life by a former racecar driverOur client was one of the main sponsors to this rally and their goal was to increase brand awareness and to get maximum effect out of their sponsorship

Together with our client and a production company we planned filmed and aired a series which consisted of six episodes that was broadcasted in Sweden Denmark Norway and UK The concept of the series was that a celebrity was participating in the rally and we followed and filmed this fantastic eventWe presented several different options of celebrities to our client and eventually booked Mr Dolph Lundgren Mr Robbie Fowler Mr Clemens Telling and Miss Anna Williamson to name a few

We were involved in the whole process from the beginning to the end

First Iphone 6 A betting company had a competition on their website where three customers could win the first iPhone 6 released in their country

To boost this campaign further we also arranged so that we had three branded hostesses sleeping outside the store for two days prior to the release As the line kept on growing these hostesses activated the people in the line and had promotional giveaways Since our hostesses were sleeping outside the store and therefore the first in line they were able to purchase the first three iPhone 6 available which received a lot of media coverage Our hostesses were interviewed while wearing promotional clothes by the two biggest newspapers in Sweden and it was published in almost 20 different magazines

These iPhones where then delivered by the hostesses in a private helicopter directly to each winnerrsquos door

Gold hunting in Las VegasOur client a betting company had a marketing campaign on the subject Gold hunting To add on to their campaign they wanted to send two VIP winners on a Gold panning experience We arranged a EXCITING tour to the historic ghost town of Nelson Nevada which included a guided above and below ground tour of the TECHATTICUP MINE in Eldorado Canyon This is the oldest richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada At their hotel they boarded a vehicle to take them to the base camp At the base camp they boarded aHummer H2 for an off-road scenic adventure into the Desert

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

Gold hunting in Las VegasOur client a betting company had a marketing campaign on the subject Gold hunting To add on to their campaign they wanted to send two VIP winners on a Gold panning experience We arranged a EXCITING tour to the historic ghost town of Nelson Nevada which included a guided above and below ground tour of the TECHATTICUP MINE in Eldorado Canyon This is the oldest richest and most famous gold mine in Southern Nevada At their hotel they boarded a vehicle to take them to the base camp At the base camp they boarded aHummer H2 for an off-road scenic adventure into the Desert

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day

ChamonixOur client a phone operator wanted a trip filled with adrenaline combined with relaxing to encourage their top 40 salesman The perfect setting for this was the beautiful scenery you find in Chamonix The spectaluar views and calm snow filled mountains were perfect to calm down and take some time to relax

This combined with the amazing partying and adrenaline filled skiing Day one the clients arrived and received their skiing equipment and specially designed branded company ski jackets They one was all about the slopes where there were possibilities for all different level of skiers A private off pist guide was arranged for the more skilled skiers and a private teacher for the noviceThe day ended with a group dinner and tables at the after ski for a crazy night of partying

Day two the group was divided into two where the more advanced skiers got to experience Heli-sking jumping of a helicopter on the top of the mountains directly into the slopes This day of

course also ended with a visit to the famous parties in Chamonix The rest of the group experienced a helicopter tour of the mountains Last day was optional for all if they wanted to take a relaxing day at the spa or hitting the slopes one last day
