Tattershall Castle, England’s finest brick-built medieval Castle, set in delightful grounds, is perfect for capturing beautiful photographs and memories of your special day. Built in 1434 by Ralph Cromwell – Lord Treasurer of England; Tattershall Castle rises dramatically above the flat fenlands of Lincolnshire and is a beautiful statement of 15th century ambition and wealth, architecture and style. Tattershall Castle is available to book for wedding ceremonies, photographs and drinks receptions all year round. What we offer

At Tattershall Castle, ceremonies are available for booking on any day of the week during opening hours, between 10am and 5pm. Book exclusive use of the Parlour Room for your ceremony followed by an optional champagne reception in the Castle’s stunning grounds as well as access to the whole Castle for you and your guests to explore. Whatever your wedding day plans we will help you organise your perfect day.

Ceremonies in the Parlour Weddings take place on the ground floor of Tattershall Castle, in the Parlour, from which Ralph Cromwell would have managed his estates over 500 years ago. On arrival at Tattershall Castle, you will walk across the 100 year old bridges pausing for photographs with the stunning back drop of an idyllic medieval castle, before saying ‘I do’ surrounded by your family and friends. The Parlour, with its magnificent high ceiling, intricately carved stone fireplace and striking stained glass makes for a unique and intimate ceremony. The Parlour is licensed to hold civil ceremonies for up to 90 seated guests. Due to the historic nature of the building there are restrictions on what you can have at your ceremony. Photography in the Castle and Grounds Following the ceremony, the happy couple can be joined by their guests for memorable photographs in our beautiful grounds, or even on the battlements overlooking spectacular views of the perfect Lincolnshire countryside. Champagne Reception After your ceremony, why not enjoy a special celebratory Champagne Drinks Reception on the grassed inner ward in front of the Keep to toast the happy couple. Whilst guests are enjoying champagne, the happy couple have the opportunity for more intimate and romantic photographs within the secluded stable ruins.

C) Venue for Ceremony & Photos £1000.00 (Incl. VAT)

Weddings—up to 90 seated guests Use of Castle and grounds for engagement Photographs. Exclusive use of Parlour Room as venue for your wedding ceremony including photographs in the castle and grounds.

D) Champagne reception £6 per guest (Incl. VAT)

Option of a champagne reception to include a glass of champagne per guest, hire of glasses and castle staff to serve it.

E) Facilities Fee £500.00 (Incl. VAT) Bring your own drinks, serve them yourselves and raise a

toast your way (Drinks subject to approval)
