    In the animated installations Transit andPassengersMichaela Mller focuses on theflow of the masses in airports and casts aneye on the seemingly unspectacular crowd.These figures moving, waiting, trying to reachtheir destinations are melted into an endless

    Through August 5 HANNAH WEINBERGER / LE MOI DU TOIEXHIBITION

    Le Moi Du Toi is the first exhibition ofHannah Weinberger (born 1988, lives inBasel) in the United States. The installation isa complex layering of sound, which fillsSwiss Institute. For her exhibition,Weinberger has composed a series ofelectronic loops mixed in a constant cadencethat recalls the rhythmic pulse of a beatingheart (80-140 beats per minute). Whileminimal, the various tracks resound in awarm, constant and reassuring tempo that issoft, drawn out, and ambient. The loops areinstalled via a series of multi-directionalspeakers, each emitting sound.
