TermsOrders must be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check. A charge of $25 will be charged on all returned checks. Accounts past due more than the prearranged terms will be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month of the amount owed.

Back OrdersPlease note that any out-of-stock items will be back-ordered and shipped as available unless otherwise requested. All back orders of $50 or less may be automatically cancelled unless Swing Design is otherwise noti�ed by customer.

ReturnsSwing Design is a non-returnable vendor; however, credits or replacement products will be o�ered toward any defective merchandise. If an ordered shipment is refused, a restocking fee of 20% of the total order cost plus freight will be charged.
