• Sustainability will be dependent upon:– Efficient and effective leadership– Continued positive feedback for all staff– Consistent upskilling of all new staff– Ensuring that procedures set in place by the

programme are followed and are able to be sustained

– That programmes are not allowed to stagnate– The recording and data should have a purpose

and not be time consuming an unnecessary- The programme is called “Releasing Time to Care”!
