If the dispute was easy to resolve I guess it would have happened by now.

Current research indicates, I can understand from the research and literature why they are worried but i do hear what you are saying , I have made a note of it here.

Don’t be tempted to give a definitive position.

Haring boning. Meaning going from difficult to easy

subject and back. Similar to what a therapist does: If stress too high: support, if ‘too low’,

automatic pilot: more confronting questions.

Equalizing, trying to restore some of the power balance that seems to have been lost.

I see Susie sometimes giving compliments for something that I didnt believe was ‘real’.

Susie tries not to think too much of something but rather be ‘playing a straight bat’: What they throw is what they get…
