The LE program offers a great developmental opportunity to enhance management, organizational, planning, networking skills, and to develop abilities that will benefit candidates on an upwardly mobile path

The revision of our 2013 LE Program allows for part time and VERY part time LEs Commitment levels of ½ day to 1 day per week, 1 day per

month or longer will be available to promote agency engagement

The FLEx Team runs all year long and not only during campaign period Offers ALL federal agencies the opportunity to get involved and help

their CFC Delegating projects and tasks to FLEx Team members keeps

campaign expenses down FLEx Team utilizes skills-based volunteering…natural talents & abilities

are easy for most people to share Tem members gain new skills in areas such as project management,

computer skills, goal setting, customer service, marketing and interagency relations

Offers FLEx-ability (any day, any time!) NOT limited to federal employees
