What is Happiness?

Happiness is NOT:

• Something you obtain

• A goal

• (Transitory) Pleasure

• Derived externally

• Pure Positivity

Happiness IS:

• Something you “inhabit”

• A byproduct

• (Lasting) Satisfaction

• Internal Validation

• Balanced with Negativity
