From humble beginnings
Initially known for our industrial pressure-washing services, Clean Management Solutions has rapidly expanded and established a
multiplicity of services to now offer facility management, integrated property services, industrial services and restoration services.
Our reputation as a first-class, service-driven company has been forged across commercial, state government, local council and
aeronautical industries. Our growth is a testament to our company’s commitment to a continued, solution-based approach to
serving our clients’ management of asset needs.

Industrial Cleaning & Maintenance
Due to the nature of our services, Clean Management Solutions devotes an enormous amount of resources ensuring our team can be both effective and safe when carrying out industrial cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Pressure cleaning of multi-story and exterior surfaces, such as carparks, pavements, walls and roofs via our
customised steam cleaning unit which conserves up to 60 percent more water than conventional pressure cleaning and
provides a safer environment for workers at heights.
HAZMAT services including contaminated space sanitisation, cleaning with acids, hydrophobic etching compounds,
restricted access spaces and disaster or crime scene clean-ups.
High access services, including auditing of structures, elevated work platform or abseiling access to carrying out
maintenance.
Air duct cleaning of commercial air ducts to remove pollutants such as dust mite waste, mould, animal
dander and tobacco smoke to keep clients’ indoor air clean and fresh.
Public space maintenance including pathways, park furniture, outdoor lighting, irrigation and drainage systems, fountains
and water features and monuments: safety auditing, construction and project management.
Graffiti removal from all surface types and structures including heritage listed assets.

Restoration Services
Clean Management Solutions is equipped to maintain and restore our clients’ property in the event of any emergency or scheduled service to ensure continued safety or returning a public space to its former glory.
Flood disaster support and restoration to extract high volumes of water from any affected areas, provide
dehumidification and structural drying services to remove any lingering moisture, and water damage restoration to
recover documents, devices and other valuables affected by inundation.
Mould restoration to remove mould and mildew which can cause a variety of negative health effects. Additionally, CMS is
equipped to treat the affected areas to prevent any mould from returning.
Public area hazard audits increase safety through the identification of street scape hazards. Services include application of
non-slip resurfacing, installation of directional tactile indicators and removal of any property trip hazards.
Concrete surface restoration to repair, hone and polish concrete flooring, as well as sealing to increase the durability
of concrete surfaces, and decorative resurfacing services to create any flooring look desired.

CMS Horticulture is challenging the status quo when it comes to performance management of Landscape maintenance services. Our

At CMS Horticulture we understand to provide a superior service in a budget driven industry we have had to employ strategies that not
only allow us to operate more efficiently but also assist us to mature our services based on a methodical collection of onsite knowledge.
This knowledge whilst is limited at the beginning of a service contract, grows and develops site by site. Its with this long term vision and
commitment to exceeding the industry standards, that sets CMS apart from other contractors in the industry. An equally impressive
benefit of our great systems, is our senior parks and gardens team. Our team headed by our licensed Horticulturalist has over 25years
experience in the industry. The six crews now cover in excess to 60 sites,
are licensed and experienced in all aspects Landscape design, Landscape
construction and Green scape maintenance.
The successes of our CMS ONE data capture system is important both
on a horticultural level and a client value level. The value adding nature
of Client logins and transparent operations, benefits our clients ensuring
they receive greater value, greater service transparency and ultimately
a more advanced service for their green scape assets. After all at CMS

Gold Coast City Council
Brisbane Flood Recovery
QLD State Government
Design and Supply of Public Space Restorations. We have carried out
concrete restoration for the Gold Coast’s premium city centres and public
spaces throughout Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach and Labrador.
This project included pre-commencement audits on trip-slip hazards,
designing a suitable hardscape outcome and installing a safe, non-slip and
visually appealing space within budget. (2010-2015)
Disaster Support Contractor for State Government. CMS supplied and
managed crews for the State Government Arts and Entertainment precinct
in Southbank during the Brisbane floods. We provided more than 80
personnel and specialised equipment to clean and restore the seven major
public arts buildings and car parks within the precinct. We worked directly
with the state government’s emergency facilities coordinator to deliver a
safe and inhabitable environment to which the staff and public could return.
(2011 & 2013)
Contractor to the Arts Precinct Restoration Project. From twelve eligible
companies, our company was chosen for the State Government’s Arts
Precinct Building Restoration Project. Through this project, we were able
to provide height safety wash-downs, external surface restoration and
sealing services to Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), Queensland
Museum and the State Library. This project also included the auditing of
current safety systems and the manufacture and installation of new safe
access ladders, anchor points and fall arrest systems. (2013)

The CMS ONE Management System The CMS ONE management system gives our clients real time visibility into our business. In todays world it’s not good enough to simply send a work request and wait for the invoice.
With the use of the CMS ONE system, the collection of data is seamless and accurate. The onsite technicians collect the data through
a series of methodical simple tests, measures and logs, to build a Life Cycle matrix on the ever-changing asset. This collaboration of

It offers transparency across multiple activity bases, thus resulting in improved client expectation management and third party alignments.

to provide a quick, easy and complete management tool that allows clients to track site cleanliness and crew
performance. From the CMS ONE desktop, CMS can also export to Microsoft Word and Excel, providing
individual reports complete with photos, signatures, and inspection summaries in a format capable of totalling,
sorting and filtering data for analysis. The unique, patented system allows Clean Management Solutions
to capture data on the move, while providing a time date stamp on all records, offering an audit trail and
verification of reports.

In our market place collaboration is key as we are working with different trades, professional services,
community groups and government departments. We at Clean Management Solutions recognise that we must
be flexible when dealing with these stake holders and work in partnership in order to achieve our common
goals.
Clean Management Solutions first identified an industry void of environmental sustainability in 2007, and it has
since built a reputation on eco-friendly, zero-impact solutions. Our company has worked to develop sustainable
practices across the board by aligning with suppliers who support similar initiatives - environmentally friendly
products, zero-chemical services and recycling containers and packaging for company operations.
Additionally, CMS has developed one of the only silenced steam and pressure-cleaning trucks in Australia,
which reduces water use by as much as 70 percent, diminishes noise pollution to a hum of 68 decibels and cuts
our carbon use and fuel burn by 50 to 66 percent. The success is thanks to the introduction of a compatible
cycle system, which allows the operation of multiple systems from a single power source. This system allows
our team to perform floor preparations, restorations and heavy industrial steam applications with incredible
efficiency. The setup also boasts reduced motor running times and decreased employee fatigue, as all systems
are electrically driven and remote controlled with stop-start technology.

for all CMS team members. We are constantly looking for new

Narbil Training, Tursa Employment, Trades Recognition and
Australian Construction Training.
