Supporting S enior L eadership I ntegration S eminar Overall goal is to have the cadets reflect upon their Citadel experience and their transition to the future after graduation if they are hired to working in a corporation like Boeing. The Senior Seminar is a full day professional development seminar for our senior cadets during which they engage with career professionals to reflect upon the value of their moral character and the leadership lessons learned at The Citadel.
