IntroductionSunrise Home Furnishings, with domestic offices in Atlanta, Georgia was founded by Allen and Samantha Liu in 1986. During the past 22 years, Sunrise has grown to a significant vendor in the market. Sunrise’s success has been due to its ability to gauge and keep up with the ever-changing trends in the industry, carrying the right products at the right price, and at the right time.

Sunrise has a broad established customer base. This base includes a large percentage of top 100 furniture retailers who take advantage of our domestic support staff and warehouse facilities. It is important that a direct container program has domestic support staff familiar with servicing major accounts.

Manufacturing

Sunrise owns and operates two complete factories in China. We also have partner relationships with various other manufacturing facilities throughout the Pacific rim so our customers are confident with our ability to produce and deliver.

Sunrise maintains its own trained Quality Control staff at each production facility. This ensures the product meets the high standard required when it leaves the factory.

Manufacturing

While we utilize many suppliers for specialized product and parts, Sunrise maintains the bulk of our production within our own manufacturing facilities. This ensures we control the production times and quality consistency of our product.

Warehousing & Shipping

Sunrise maintains over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space in Atlanta, Georgia.

This provides our customers with the domestic support they need for parts, product, POP sales material and last but not least, real people who are available to assist.

Sunrise maintains 50 independent sales agents covering territories that stretch across the entire country.

Sunrise’s customer service staff, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is always available to assist with product information, order processing and shipment tracking.

Sunrise China offices and personnel are available anytime to work with customers. We’ll take you into the factories or consolidate all your samples in our BEIJING showroom to help save you time and travel.

Parts & Service

Parts are maintained in the Atlanta warehouse for all merchandise stocked. Our service related parts are shipped UPS upon receipt of your written requests so you may satisfy your customer quickly and leave them with a positive experience.
