Does your company work on all types of garments?Yes, Our Company works on all types of knitwear and Woven Garments Items.

What’s Your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?Short Quantity is always costly, although our Minimum Order Quantity 500 pieces per style/ colour for SMS program and for bulk MOQ 2000 pieces per style/ colour

What are the requirements for a quotation?We need your clear tech pack details (speck sheet, sketch, ratio, colour details with quantity) or one-piece master sample.How are prices generally quoted?Prices are generally quoted according to size ratio such as S, M, XL, XXL etc. Our prices are FOB/C&F/CIF as per buyer requirements

What are the requirements to produce a sample?First our price Quotation should be accepted by buyers then we can start making samples. We need actual samples or sketch & measurement chart to produce a counter sample.Shall I have to pay for the samples and their shipping cost?For queries, we may not charge for initial samples and fit samples by available colour fabric, for salesman sample will be charged 2xFOB cost. Production samples if 1 piece/ colour but across size, not exceeding 6 pieces will be sent FOC, if more Production samples required, they will be invoiced at FOB value. Incall case samples are sent on a freight collect basis. You can also ship through postpaid courier for those buyers who do not have a courier account.

Do you maintain any stocks in fabrics?We do not maintain any stocks, on receiving of order as well as the letter of credit we make fabrics as per buyer’s order. Onbuyer’s request for cheaper or promotional items, we agree to use stock fabric for such specific request.Can you design on our behalf?Yes, we have our own designer & capability to make the design as per Buyer or Customer Instruction.Can your custom pack if requested?Yes, we are flexible to customize to any extent. We need your specifications for that.

Do you have a quality assurance plan and personnel in order to produce quality products?Suncity Apparels Ltd is one of the rare companies in Bangladesh who owns a quality plan, compliant to international quality code/ standards. We believe in maintaining systems and control measures from yarn to finished products stage in accordance to the MIL-STD-105E along with AATC, ASTM and ISO codes and standards to deliver flawless garments. What is the normal Shipment Period?Knitwear Lead time: 90 days from the date of L/C or T/T receipt in our Bank. What are the delivery terms?FOB Chittagong seaport or Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport, C&F or CIF by sea or air. Timing terms are based on the date of reception of your L/C, not from order confirmation date.What is your payment Options?Our payment terms are through an irrevocable & transferable letter of credit (L/C) At sight payable. Or Telegraphic Transfer payment (T/T). If T/T payment, then we will be needed 60% in advance and 40% after inspection.How should I prepare my L/C (letter of credit)?We usually request clients to open L/C in our favour. This is then transferred to our factories in Bangladesh; Make sure that your L/C reaches us on time which may affect the production process. A customized L/C Specimen is sent for your reference upon your request.What kind of home textile are you doing?We are doing bed sheet, pillowcase, Table napkins & all kinds of the towel.

Please Find Below How We Communicate with Our Buyers Upon Receipt of Inquires:We work out a price with factory’s then we confirm the price to our buyer as quickly as possible.

After price and delivery are set, we request the buyer to issue PO. sheet with full order details.

After we receive and review the PO. sheet we request the buyer to open the master l/c.

Upon receipt of master L/C, we transfer it to the factory (maker).

After transferring the master L/C to the maker we push them to open the back to back L/C for fabrics and accessories soonest possible.

We always follow up closely with fabrics and accessories supplier to ship/deliver the fabrics and accessories on time.

Meantime we take all the necessary approval on fab/ acc/GMT sample from our buyer.

When factory receives all the fabrics and accessories in hand we used to get fly to make pre-production/size set sample for our approval to start production.When production starts our q.a. people go for inline inspection (see sep point for inspection procedure).

When our q.a. finds everything okay in inline inspection then they give instruction to the factory people to go ahead for bulk productionAfter final inspection, we ship the goods we follow up cargo stuffing, vessel booking, etc, eta and update buyer accordingly.After shipping the goods, we prepare the shipping docs without delay and submit to the bank so that buyer can receive the documents ontime and prepare clearing formalities at their end.Above all, we used to have everyday fax/e-mail communication with our buyers.

At first, we hand over the order to two of our merchandiser and two QA people. These teams are responsible for this order. Everymorning they discuss the whole status in the daily meeting with our General Manager, Merchandising.

The factory makes the sample as per final changes and comments from the buyer on the products. Our QA and merchandiser study together with approved FIT samples and the comments from the buyer.

After receiving the fabrics and accessories at the factory, one of the QA and merchandiser concerning that particular order stays in the factory from morning to evening (production time) until final inspection/shipment.We always make a pre-production meeting before we go into production. Our merchandiser and QA inspector go to the factory at thetime of pre-production meeting, check the sample, pattern and final comments from the buyer and if they are satisfied then they give instruction to the factory people for a trial production.QA inspectors evaluate trial production and then approve for bulk production. As soon as bulk production is stated our QA inspector goes for inline inspection. Initially every day, then every alternate day, depends on the situation of the FTY/ production.

In the middle stage of production if rating (standard of quality) result is acceptable/good then we go for pre-final inspection. Here we check the case pack, carton quality, shipping mark, assortment, presentation etc.After the pre-final result is acceptable we go for final inspection and if it passes we approve shipment.
