Kiran Motors - A Maruti Suzuki Dealership has envisaged a phenomenal success with its
sponsorship in view to promote Maruti Suzuki as a promising brand among the classified
mass invitees present on Sunday, 13 May 2012 at Karnavati Club, Ahmedabad for ASIA's
Largest Summer Bumper Housie Programme organized by Karnavati Club Ltd. wherein more
than 3900 people participated in it. The programme had become the 'Talk of the Town'
through its LIVE COVERAGE in INDIA TV as well as with post event promotions through
Event Photos & Article in Newspapers & other Print Media such as Times Of India –
Ahmedabad Mirror & Divya Bhaskar – City Bhaskar
Execution of the Summer Bumper Housie Programme with over 3900 people
participation was indeed praiseworthy right from its unique view of 1000 desks positioned
with 4000 chairs for sitting arrangement, 10 Whistle Clock Towers surrounded at four
dimensions with equal distance all over sitting area. Amazing silence was observed among
thousands of participants whilst the numbers were spoken at the loudspeaker on every
occasion during the Housie Rounds. Our PRODUCT BANNERS were ideally placed at all
prominent locations i.e. On all 11 Housie Ticket Counters, on the backdrop of the ramp of
3 KIZASHI's were beautifully decorated & displayed, on both sides of the stage and a huge
backdrop at the wider Centre Stage of the programme.
The purpose of sharing the memorable moments of Housie Programme reflects the class
of people at such large spectrum wherein most of all participants were among elite
members of Karnavati Club and their invitees were well identified corporate
honchos, bureaucrat, rich & famous personalities and few notified celebrities to grace the

To compliment every emerging winner to subsequent number declared, The Prizes were
such an aspiring & wishful in nature none other than "Maruti Suzuki KIZASHI 3 MT's & 2
CVT's" wherein each one of the participants were literally praying to win 'The Full House'
on every end of all FIVE Rounds played
First 3 Rounds Full Housie Winners Took Away Maruti Suzuki KIZASHI-MT whereas 4TH &
5TH Round Full Housie Winners Could make it to Win Maruti Suzuki KIZASHI-CVT.
We could witness cheerful faces & excitement of each Maruti Suzuki KIZASHI Winners
as their 'Dream Come True' and seem to be graceful.
To add our worth to be as sponsors formerly we had the space bought at Karnavati Club
to display 2 KIZASHI's, 1 SX4 Celebration Edition, 1 DZIRE & 1 RITZ on the ramp with a
huge backdrop of our product promotion with lights over it for 40 days along with our
DSEs deputation planned at the display site right from 7 am onwards till 10 pm at night
prior to the Summer Housie Programme
Meanwhile we received 35 inquiries during these days for various models put together
The best part of this initiative is that throughout 40 days all members of Karnavati
Club must have observed our remarkable presence
