Internal communications must be part of the equation ensuring departments such as customer service, IT, accounting and field sales clearly know what is being communicated. This is a holistic approach. This is Integrated Marketing Communications.
  3. 3. My Methods Strategy First. Where does the organization need to go, who is the audience and what do they need to know to take action Strike the Right Balance. Don't do too much or too little. Measure what works and what doesnt. Monitor the Channels. Know what is happening with your customers and how sales/revenue is converted.
  4. 4. My Profile I bring more than 15 years of Marketing Communications experience having started my career in direct mail pinpointing target audiences via list rentals. My career propelled me from traditional advertising to creating marketing plans for agency clients then to a stint in direct salesand back to my marketing passion once again. I know first-hand how the marketing and sales channel works (and sometimes doesnt work!) This is my value. MY USP. I am adaptable, highly organized, rational and dedicated to applying innovation. With creative project management knowledge in directing in-house, vendor and virtual teams ,work groups profit from my positive motivation and interest in individuals. I have earned a reputation as a contributing member of a team. My career spans multiple industries including consulting, CPG, digital publishing, manufacturing, technology, and non-profit; within agencies & in-house marketing teams. Ive created marketing departments from scratch and have transitioned into established teams with ease.
