Job Description: Sales & Project ManagementGenerate Business & sell our services: The companies reputation, product quality & customer service is an EASY sell. All you need to do is put it in front of the decision

maker.

a. 1st year - 80% of first year sales is door to door, 10% referrals, 10% leads

b. 2nd year - 50% door to door, 30% referral, 20% leads

Perform Free Inspections & Estimates using Xactimate & Eagleview technologies:

(SOFTWARE TRAINING PROVIDED) a. During training you will learn what constitutes insurance coverage as "functional damage" & be able to determine

during inspections if a property owner qualifies for our services.

Project Management of job:a. Once the project is approved you will help the property owner through product & color selections. (we handle all

exterior elements, i.e. roofing, gutters, siding, windows, garage doors, fencing, etc.)

b. You will check up on the labor crew during the build to ensure customer satisfaction.

c. Once the job is finished & the customer is satisfied, you will collect final payment from the property owners

insurance company.
