Frame Components:Stiles: (before trim or prefit) 2” mill option kiln-dried hardwood or stiles to match face veneer species. Bonded to the core.Rails: (before trim or prefit) 2” mill optian kiln-dried hardwood . Bonded to the core.

Interior Blocking: Not applicable.

Vision Panels: Maximum lite size 20 minute, no more than 1296 sq in.

Core: 1/16”- 1/4” thick lead sheet, full width of care, sandwiched and bonded to particleboard and securely fastened with lead bolts.

Finish: Available in clear finish only. WDMA-TR-6.Catalyzed Polyurethane and UV cured. Edge banding is finished first, then applied to stiles.

Faces: 1/8” - 2 ply or 3 ply hot pressed, cross bandedhardwood face veneer meeting AWl or WDMA grading rules as specified. Type II bond between plys as specified. 1/42” face prior to sanding. Running, book match to be provided if nothing is specified.

Adhesive: Type I or Type II bond, by specification, between faces and core/frame components. Formulated using no urea formaldehyde.

Assembly: 5 ply or 7 ply when using 2 ply or 3 ply hardwood face veneer. Core and frame compartments are bonded and uniformly sanded to a thickness of 1 1/2” (±.015). Core and frame components areassembled to meet or exceed 20 minute specifications.

Warranty: Two years from date of manufacture. For original installation only.

Label Authority: Labeled and classified by Warnock Hersey International as a 20 minute fire /smoke barrier. Restrictions on machining and architectural accessories or application are per that authority.

*Fire labeled doors may not be refit in the field if already factory prefit or machine sized.

Interior Blocking: In some applications the addition of optional solid wood interior blocking may be required due to fire rating and hardware specifications.

Core: Wood Agrifiber door core to meet or exceed American National Standard ANSI A208.1 for I-LD-2 Door Core. Mat-formed Agrifiber with density approx. 28-32 pounds per cubic feet (pcf) to meet or exceed Commercial Standard CS 236-66 for Type 1 grade C, Class 1. Exceeds requirements for 20 minute construction authority.
