Submit Your Manuscripts Today: Special Issue of the Journal of Proteome Research in 2008

The Journal of Proteome Research seeks original manuscripts for a special issue on Statistical and Computational proteomics, to be published early 2008. In addition to original research in this area, the special issue may also contain review or tutorial articles addressing core areas of proteomic data analysis intending to communicate computational approaches or proteomic methods between disciplines (i.e. computational or laboratory scientists).

Specific topics may include but are not limited to:

Ο Protein and Peptide Identification.

Ο Quantitative Proteomics.

Ο Experimental Design and Operations.

Ο Methods Comparison and Data Resources.
