2 1. Street Smart
1.1 Getting Started
When you requested a free trial of Street Smart at Esri’s Marketplace you will be granted
access to Street Smart automatically. Sign in with your ArcGIS Online credentials and select
“View Item”, click “Open” and then select “View Application”. Note that CycloMedia will ask for
access to your ArcGIS Online account. Once you click “approve” the application will open.
With the free trail you will be get a standard webmap and location, this is the centre of San
Jose.
1.2 Using Street Smart
At the shown webmap you will notice blue dot’s. Those are
the recording locations of the Cyclorama’s. You can click
on these and see the Cyclorama within Street Smart. You
can freely move around with your mouse.
1.3 Making a point measurement
It’s very easy to make a point measurement and store this in a ArcGIS Online feature. In this
demo webmap a standard Feature Layer “AssetInventory” is
available.
Choose at the left in the Editor window the asset you would
like to measure and click in the Cyclorama on the asset.
The feature will be stored at a CycloMedia demo feature

1.4 Using your own webmap and feature services
Within Street Smart it is possible to use your own webmaps and feature services. In the Free
Trial version only the San Jose webmap and Asset Inventory Feature service is available.
