    BUT,#TO#BE#FRANK,#THIS# CHANGE#DOESN’T#JUST# HAPPEN#FROM#A#SINGLE# WORKSHOP.## We!use!to!see!people!leaving!the!workshop!inspired!! and!fired!up!to!start!using!storytelling,!but!they!would!! get!busy!with!their!jobs!and!forget!to!try!out!storytelling! and!pracLse!the!skill.!

    So!we!changed!our!approach!and!developed!a!six!month! program!that!encourages!parLcipants!to!pracLse!their!new! skills!in!the!workplace.!

    The!fact!is!the!majority!of!learning!occurs!in!the!workplace! rather!than!the!workshop.!!
