Call Meeting to Order: by Archie Proffit at 6:31 PM

Introduction of the Current HOA Board by President Archie Proffit

Statements of the Current HOA BoardPresident: 2016 Activity and Goals1. 2016 HOA Board Goals:• 2016 HOA Board Goals:

• To become financially stable through conscientious spending and improved invoicing.

• To be aggressive in collecting on past due accounts through liens and foreclosures• We filed 0 Foreclosures in 2016• We have 1 account in bankruptcy, but will receive $3,367.00 over the next

3 years.• 2 past due accounts paid in full• We have 2 liens in place• Total amount owed ~ $7,192.00

• To be reasonable in dealing with homeowner requests for building approvals• Many requests have come to the HOA board and all have been negotiated

to meet the intent of the community codes/regs, while maintaining neighborhood appeal. Including: Patio Improvements, Decks, Sheds, Fences, Pool

• 2016 Neighborhood Issues:• Property used as storage• Shed installed without approval• Late fees/dues outstanding• Vandalism repaired on fountain

• Short in fountain due to cable cut repaired• Repair/replace front wall
