Archimedes Bay Meadows Crunchkin With a maturity of 85 days, Crunchkin is an excellent, early ornamental hard- shell type with improved shipping durability and extended storage capability. This pumpkin offers large productive vines and high yields. Trimming the stems is suggested for easier packing. With a maturity of 68 to 85 days, Bay Meadows can be used for early or mid summer harvests. This variety is categorized by its medium size, wide, dome-shaped head with a fine bead size and nicely shaped stems with little trim. The heads average 6½ inches and fare well in heat.
