1. When the carrier is sent from the factory, the stinger is not secured to the mobility carrier deck. Locate the stinger and guide it into the hitch receiver on the vehicle.

2. Attach the stinger to the hitch receiver using the cup head screw, the 7/16” flat washer, and the 7/16-14 nylon lock nut.

3. Guide the main weldment found under the carrier deck, onto the stinger. Insert the ½” x 2 5/8” pin into the side plate of the stinger. Insert the 5/8 – 11 x 3 ½” hex bolt into the lower hole of the side plate of the stinger weldment and install the 5/8-11 hex lock nut. The dotted line arrow in Step #3 photo indicates the direction to guide the main weldment onto the stinger.

4. To adjust the level of the mobility carrier deck, tighten the square head cup point screw to raise the deck or loosen to lower the deck .
