▪ Welding of steel elements at the SAG Co.

▪Robotized welding of elements with the FANUC ARCMate 120iC/10L robot, 1 single axis rotary clamp FANUC capacity 500 kg, 1 single axis rotary clamp FANUC capacity 1500 kg, welding source Lincoln Power Wave S500 for MAG, MIG methods, assembly frames 1000 x 2500 mm, arm movement range: 2009 mm, repeatability: +/- 0.08 mm.

▪ Standard welding: length up to 15000 mm, weight up to 12.5 t (gantry crane capacity), welded grate constructions: 16 m long, weighing 12.5 t, welded steel closed profiles e.g. supports from steel channels 100 to 300 mm and 12 m long-sub-arc welding, power up to 1000A.

▪ Mechanical forming/processing of steel elements at the SAG Co.

▪ Turning with a conventional machine of elements: length 3 m and dia. 300 mm,

▪ Turning with a CNC machine of elements: max., length 2000 mm and dia. 500 mm,

▪Milling of elements up to 800 x 400 x 500 mm (L,W,H),

▪Grinding of shafts dia. 300 x 1000 mm, planes 500 x 250 x 250 mm and holes in materials with external dimensions max. dia. 350 x 400 mm,

▪Gas and plasma cutting of steel elements from steel plates: plasma up to 20 mm of thickness, gas up to 150 mm of thickness. Dimensions: up to 2.5 m of width and 8 m of length,

▪Bending and shaping elements using 160t press,

▪Cutting of steel plates with a gantry shear,

▪Bending of plates with a bending press CNC 150t, thickness up to 10 mm and width 2000 mm,

▪Boring of steel profiles with a CNC borer.
