When you hit 50 years old some men think that’s the end of being able to stay fit and maintain lean muscle mass.

• Create a workout plan that works for YOU. Suitable for your age.

• The workout plan needs to include strength-training exercises for muscle gains, as well as a decent amount of cardio to keep body fat percentages low to show off that muscle.

Understanding Your Body

• Your body will change as you get older. Only Natural.

• According to the American Council on Exercise Reports, adults on average lose one-half pound of muscle yearly.

• Without the proper diet and exercise this decrease in muscle is only going to get worse over time.

• Strength training exercises come in handy, to keep the muscle to fat ratio high and maintain strength of your bones, and connective tissues.
