FiBAN members invest in syndicates. According to our study over 80% of investments are co-investments. One of our steps to ease the process has been to launch a new investment model FiBAN Follow. The model enables angels to make smoother, faster and more straightforward investments into growth companies. The structure is unique in the world and has gained significant attention. Active angels can gain leverage for investments whilst follower angels have a chance to participate in bigger investment rounds. FiBAN wants to ease business angels on making more impact conscious investments. We provide them guidance, practical tools, trainings and inspiration for positive outcomes. Our new Impact investing toolbox for business angels, launched in November 2019, promotes meaningful impact work created by relevant organizations. The open source toolbox includes impact measurement and management tools, worksheets, reports and studies, and other impact investing material to advance sustainable innovations in the startup scene.
