In each apartment is a folder with virtually everything you need to know about the local area.

As the apartments are privately owned, there are no phones in the rooms. Internet facilities including high speed broadband wireless and cable connection is available from each apartment at very reasonable rates.

Naturally we provide all linen and bath towels, beach/pool towels are not provided. Please note the units are not serviced, however each unit comes equipped with a full laundry. Do not hang towels, wet costumes etc on the balcony glass balustrades. Coffee, tea, sugar, long life milk, toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival. Extra supplies can be purchased in Terrigal.

You will be provided with unit and common area swipe cards, if driving out of the resort the gate opens automatically. Please obey the Stop signs and keep to the left. Please only park in the garage marked with your unit number. Visitor parking is limited, if all visitor spaces are used, visitors must park off the property.

Your booking is confirmed on the agreement that the behaviour of any guest does not unreasonably affect the enjoyment of any other guest and that you refrain from excessive noise and come in from the balcony after 11pm. If walking home after 11pm, we ask that you please use the back pathway via the BBQ Area as this helps to eliminate noise for other guests.

On departure, please hand in the swipe cards (lost cards are charged at $40 each) to the management office in the promenade foyer and make any final payment. Finally, it is much appreciated if you can place all rubbish in the Garbage Room located on the Lower Ground in all buildings and on the Ground Floor in the Cape. Rubbish left in a unit may incur a $50 charge. Spare garbage bags are available in each garbage room.
