Drove delivery efforts for Request For Service from 3rd Party Vendor Customer Survey database on schedule and on budget. Managed projects including all documentation, requirements gathering, database testing resulting in critical feedback leading to 3rd Party Vendor Process improvement.
Delivered $3.4 million in cost savings by working with internal Customers and 3rd Party vendors by researching and worked with 3rd Party vendors to remove charges currently covered under main contracts.
