devices to visually open hall• Electrical infrastructure upgrades to support new
conveyors and carousels

Meeting and ExceedingMWBE Goals
• Prime Companies– Familiarize yourself with SLAA requirements for counting
participation, ex. Only Certified MWBE companies located in the city of St. Louis will be counted toward goals.
– Seek to create meaningful partnerships with MWBEs consider Joint Ventures or Mentor Protégé relationships as creative ways to meet and exceed the MWBE goals.
– View goals as a HELP, not a hindrance.
