face with all smiles, a balanced posture, one hand holding a jewel pot brimming with mead, and the

other twirling a red lotus.

Sri Lalitha Peetham cordially invites all devotees to participate in Tri Shakti Puja, Dasama Varshikotsavam during Mar 22 – Mar 24, 2019

Sri Lalitha Peetham will be celebrating 10th anniversary with a divine 3 day event from March 22, 2019 to March 24 2019. The preparation for this auspicious event will begin with Mandala Deeksha starting on Feb 11, 2019. Tri Shakti Puja will be performed as part of this event. Everyone is invited to partake in this event with friends and family. Devotees are encouraged to take Deeksha Sankalpam and perform Tri Shakti Japam during this period, which includes of Sri Lalitha, Sri Maha Lakshmi and Sri Saraswati Japam and seek blessings of Divine Mothers. While Mandala Deeksha starts on Feb 11, Sharmaji will be performing Mantra Deeksha and Japam from Jan 1 on behalf of all Devotees. Devotees interested in starting Deeksha earlier than Feb 11, are requested to contact Sharmaji.

Deeksha Vidhi (Procedure)

Deeksha starts on Feb 11 (Ratha Saptami) and ends on Mar 23 (Sankatahara Chaturthi). Below are guidelines for devotees taking Deeksha:

1. Offer prayers to Divine Mother with utmost devotion

2. Have faith and belief in Deeksha 3. Mantra Japam must be performed regularly 4. Limited, Satvika food must be consumed

5. Think and pray for well-being of self and others 6. See Divine Mother in everyone 7. Stay calm and talk less 8. Must visit temple or place of worship 9. Continue regular duties as usual
