FACILITIES DIRECTOR 1998 - 2002Exodus Communications, Santa Clara, CA (Data Center Service Provider)Reporting to the VP of Real-Estate and Operations for Corporate Headquarters, was responsible for the 300,000 SF of office space with a headcount of well over 500 employees, and a 24/7 Data Center and Call Center. Managed annual operating budget of $24 M and 12 direct reports. Led project team for the new Headquarterssite in Santa Clara, which consisted of 400,000 SF of office space in two high rise office buildings; total budget for project was $280M. Member of the BCP, Business Continuity Plan Team and worked with mission critical facility staff for t
