As Facility Manager, I was responsible for operations of three critical network sites on campus, and for maintaining SOX Controls for site data centers regardin g facility services. Managed annual facility operating budget of $77M; led the e ffort to achieve annual G&A savings of $3.5M. Planned, budget ed, and scheduled facility repairs and projects including TI's and new construction estimates on e quipment, labor, materials and other related costs. Was Key member of Adobe Gree n Team which led to the LEED certification? Managed an outsourced team and parti cipated in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the facility engineering, services and administrative de partment teams. Achieved LEED Platinum EB for the site - Was a key member of the Green Leadership and Sustainability Objectives Facility Team. Responsible for Adobe Towers achieving BOMA's Building of the Year honor. FACILITIES DIRECTOR 1998 - 2002 Exodus Communications, Santa Clara, CA (Data Center Service Provider) Reporting to the VP of Real-Estate and Operations for Corporate Headquarters, wa s responsible for the 300,000 SF of office space with a headcount of well over 5 00 employees, and a 24/7 Data Center and Call Center. Managed annual operating b udget of $24 M and 12 direct reports. Led project team for the new Headquarters site in Santa Clara, which consisted of 400,000 SF of office space in two high r ise office buildings; total budget for project was $280M. Member of the BCP, Bus iness Continuity Plan Team and worked with mission critical facility staff for t he 24/7 Data Center.
