All rental prices are subject to change.

FEESThere is a minimum one day or one hour service charge on all equipment items checked out from Outdoor Recreation (ODR). All service charges start at the time of pick up and continue to accrue daily or hourly until the items are returned. No credit is given for days or hours of non-use. Items picked up on Saturday will be charged a rental fee equal to a day and a half, rather than the full weekend rate. All equipment checked out is due back to Outdoor Rec at the same time of day as pick-up. Items returned late will be charged a late fee. Cleaning and wet fees (equal to daily rental rate) will be assessed for all items returned dirty or wet. A fee of $100 will be assessed for dumping gray water or black water tank. If fuel tanks are not returned full, you will be charged the cost of fuel plus labor. If you know you are going to be late you may call Outdoor Recreation at 747-3688 and request that the due date be extended.

DAMAGE OR LOSS OF EQUIPMENTCustomers are responsible for all costs of loss or damages regardless of fault. Customers are not allowed to repair any damage to ODR equipment without prior approval. Once you leave ODR with your rental, the responsibility of the item becomes yours.

DELIVERYWe will deliver and pick up any of our rental items on base Monday-Friday during normal business hours for an additional $25.

CLUB MEMBERSClub Members receive 10% off all rental equipment. Please provide your club card at time of payment.
