  • Louisiana Childrens MuseumProject Response: Located in New Orleans City Park, the proposed design mimics the secret garden-like follies that can be found within the park. Its crescent shaped plan draws people into the building from both sides of the park.

  • Thermal Baths at Sankt Jorgens SoProject Response: As an experiment of light and dark, the design leads one through two very different volumes, each of which offers a very different experience of either social levity or placid solitude. These two realms intertwine to create a circulation/rendezvous point that has an atmosphere all its own.

  • In an effort to accept, filter and retain water, the proposed project is comprised of a series of water pools, interwoven with architectural program(elderly housing, public pool and event space, a farmers market and restaurant) as well as usable outdoor space, including rice paddyfields.

  • Project Objective: In conjunction with the desire of the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA) to expand within the neighborhood, this proposal attempts to enliven Press St., making it more resident friendly through the incorporation of new program as well as new and im-proved pedestrian access.

  • The Social Spine- Acadia National Park Rural HousesProject Objective: Design and placement of a series of Vacation Rental Housing units located in a cold climate site adjacent to an area of sig-nificant natural beauty. The units should engage the landscape on a conceptual and physical level and the design should be guided by climatic and environmental constraints.

  • The Cascade Affect- Freret Street MicrodormProject Objective: Establish community, leadership, self governance, and intellectual engagement via the design of academic and private com-ponents for thirty upperclassmen students on the limited Freret St. site.
