Offering state-of-the-art design features including floor to ceiling glass providing spectacular lakeside views to the emerald green fairways, the Lakeview Ballroom brings an exciting new dimension to events in Perth’s northern suburbs.

Joondalup Resort’s premier event venue, the multi million dollar Lakeview Ballroom, is a space as versatile as it is beautiful. This stunning event venue caters for up to 600 guests and has exceptional exterior and interior qualities, it also boasts an integrated LED colour change lighting system to the walls and ceiling that provide the opportunity to dramatically enhance and change the mood of the room.

The room can be divided into two separate venues – Lakeview East & Lakeview West, allowing for smaller spaces with the same level of grandeur, natural light and functionality.

With spectacular lakeside views and its floor to ceiling glass windows, our exquisite, multi million dollar state-of-the-art Lakeview Ballroom is perfect for events with larger guest numbers. At its maximum, this stunning room can accommodate up to 600 guests for a cocktail style reception and up to 420 guests seated with a dance floor.

This traditional, classic room provides an elegant setting in formal surrounds. Set in the heart of Joondalup Resort’s Hotel, entrance to The Grand Ballroom is down our grand marble staircase and through two large solid wooden doors. The Grand Ballroom lends itself to a range of decorative and lighting features.

A stunning, air-conditioned permanent marquee complete with white silk ceiling drapes and fairy lights and unobstructed views of the lagoon style swimming pool.
