AD SPECIFICATIONS

• The trim size of the Tribute Book is 8.5" x 11". • If you would like NCJW/LA to design your ad, all copy must be supplied as a Microsoft

Word file. Logos should be provided as high-resolution (min. 300 dpi) PDF, JPG, TIFF, or EPS files.

• Ads that are already designed and ready for insertion should be provided as a high-resolution (min. 300 dpi) file. High-res PDF files are preferred, with all type converted to outlines. Other acceptable file formats are InDesign CS5.5 or earlier and Illustrator CS5.5 or earlier. Please convert all type to outlines and include all linked images.

• All art should be built in CMYK or black only. • All ads must be accompanied by a PDF file for visual reference. • Email ad materials by February 29 to dana@ncjwla.org. Please include the name, phone
