The Price

To apply to exhibit at the 2nd World Leisure EXPO the following steps should be taken:

Submission of the application form, including an exhibiting scheme, basic theme, arrangement concepts and exhibition contents.Upon receipt of the application form, the Organizing Committee will prepare an agreement to confirm participation.Each prospective exhibitor will designate a representative to manage arrangements for the exhibition.Before April 30, 2011 an application for commercial sales should be submitted to the organizing committee.A final exhibition scheme is to be submitted on or before May 31, 2011, including booth design, qualification certificate for design institute and construction unit, construction plans, name list and contact information for on-site supervisors and person-in-charge, and detailed plans for related programs.
