As with our products and technology, our plan is to lead our industry in the area of supplier diversity by implementing a wide range of initiatives and to develop the appropriate performance indicators to measure and ensure our progress.

We believe supporting and developing a diverse supply base will benefit Southwire and allow these firms to participate in our success while also contributing to the economic growth and vitality of their employees, suppliers, and the communities where they operate.

from the manufacturer to take advantage of our purchasing volumes,

the type of raw material, and/or customer-directed specifications.

The responsibility for negotiating and contracting for goods and

services resides with our Strategic Sourcing Department. Southwire

encourages diverse suppliers to complete our supplier registration

process to be pre-qualified for future procurement opportunities.
