DESCRIPTION
In 2008-09, a box culvert 'tunnel' was constructed under the Point Grove Road in Southwick, MA. The culvert accommodates a high-pressure gas pipeline and a bike/ped trail. This project was accomplished without stopping traffic on the road for a cost estimated at ~$250 K.TRANSCRIPT
