FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is the capacity of the Event Space? 300 for standing room-only, or up to 500 on a flow indoor/outdoor. 180 for a seated function, or 140 with a dance floor.

What is the food & beverage minimum? Food and beverage minimums vary by date and season. Minimums are exclusive of room rental, 21% service & 8.25% tax.

What is included in the Event Space? Setup and use of the pre-function room, event space, courtyard (weather permitting), 60” round dining tables,hightop tables, banquet tables for bars & stations, standard white linen, white mod chairs, HD projector & screen, in-house sound system for background music, soft seating (two lounge vignettes) & dinnerware.

What is required to reserve space/date? 40% of the estimated event total is due as deposit with a signed agreement. 30% of the estimated eventtotal is due 30 days prior to your scheduled event date. The remaining estimated balance will be charged one week prior to the scheduled event date.

When should I expect to have details finalized? Catering menus and proposed selections are seasonal and subject to change. Menu selections &event details must be finalized at least 14 days prior to event date. If menu selections are not received by this deadline, chef’s choice will apply.Guaranteed guest count is due one week prior to the event.

What is your policy for working with outside vendors? While we provide an extensive list of preferred partners, Whim Hospitality is our exclusive vendor for tents. For all other needs, you are welcome to use a vendor of your choice. All vendors must be approved by your Event Sales Manager. Vendors will be allowed access to contracted space two hours prior to event start time and must tear down one hour following the event. Please ask your sales manager for a copy of the loading dock instructions.

Where do I park? Day use valet is available for $15/car. Overnight valet is available for $32/car. Valet may be added to the master bill or chargedto the individual.

The Event Space is too large for my group. Are there any other options? We offer a semi-private option in our Lobby Bar for up to 75 (reception style only), as well as an intimate private dining room at Central Standard for up to 24 seated.
