• 2008 : ORA developed the manual for all officer under the related laws. (Fertilizer / Hazardous Substance/Plant Variety/Plant Quarantine)

• 2015 : announced Guide for people

• 2016 : implement NSW

• 2018 : Revised SOP – set up the SOP working group (Import/Export)

• 2019 : Training under FTAG- GIZ

- develop SOP under the guidelines of FTAG-GIZ
