In Bucharest, with ESTIA Development, we managed the concept, the project and the building permit for an office building (Prime Business Center) with 52,000 m2 of Gross Leasable Area and 27,000 m2 of parking.
The team of Architects (SUA KAY) and the Engineers (Talprojecto and Norvia) were Portuguese, in cooperation with Romanian and British engineers (Ove Arup).
The total planned investment in the Business Plan was 114 M €.

In another project, I coordinated a team of architects, engineers and financial specialists, who designed for ESTIA a Master Plan for a beautiful Resort, near Fundulea, Bucharest, with 350 acres, 970 plots villas, 1500 apartments, Hotel, Golf 18 holes (50% in Phase 1 and 50% in Phase 2), equestrian center, tennis center, soccer, school, shops and other facilities. The master plan was approved by local authorities. Total investment: € 98 million.

Also in Romania, in Constanta, near the Black Sea, I managed a mixed-use Real Estate project for Estia Development, a condominium with hotel, shops, apartments and marina. Sua Kay were the architects.
The business plan has was made under my supervision and pointed to a total investment of 300 M€, with 180,000 m2 of Gross Building Area above ground and over 110.000 m2 of parking. The planning program is approved at the City Hall and studies of traffic and accessibilities to the urbanization and the marina just began.
The foundations are difficult to realize and highly complex .

The urbanization project has been fully developed by Savecol. Were made roads, sidewalks, lighting and electricity, gas network, water network, sewerage, storm water, garbage and TV signal, including all the infrastructures.
Until now it was completed eight buildings with a total of 102 fractions with parking underground.
There is also a gym that serves the whole urbanization.

Quinta do Carramona.
The urbanization project has also been developed entirely by Savecol.
We conducted all infrastructures.
In this urbanization with 45 buildings of different heights and with 720 fractions, there are shops, garages and apartments of all types and sizes.

The project was developed by the Architect Cravo Machado.
It is located in Esgueira.
It consists of two twin towers of 64 apartments, commercial area on the ground floor and basement garages, and 10 smaller buildings with a total of 60 apartments.
