KSA] provides its services for Power Plants of various sizes & fuels, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, and Chemical &

Pharmaceutical Projects. Our dynamic team consists an experts from all disciplines backed with vast experience

of complete project implementation under one roof.

Our process engineering team forms an immensely important part of strategic development of the business and

Our team of Process Engineers & Designers collectively have a broad experience of different manufacturing

industries including the pharmaceutical, chemical, water and food sectors. This includes both operational

experience and the design and implementation of Projects.

The Process Engineering Department is capable of undertaking all aspects of process design and are particularly

adept at liaising closely with Clients to develop Projects from a conceptual scheme to the preparation of sanction

grade estimates and then through to the detailed design & implementation.

The Process engineering group undertakes complete detailed engineering of process plants based on the package

provided by technology supplier. The intelligent data generated can be further integrated to develop 2D CAD

Design / 3D Model. The various services covered as part of detailed engineering are as listed below:

Conceptual Plot Plan for the project starts with the Piping Design activities. Plot Plan Layout of major

equipment items, interconnecting pipe racks, fares, storage tanks and utility units are defined under basic

engineering. The facility layout is defined under multi-discipline engineering review to consider safety and

operational aspects of the plant. Piping engineering typically follows the drive through piping layout, piping
