• Assist a senior architect to inspect and review the contractor’s submittals consist of Request For Inspection (RFI), document submittal, shop drawings, as built drawings, checklist-general etc.• Monitor on-site to control quality of works is in accordance with document approval, specification and construction standards including report to
senior architect regarding the nonstandard and unacceptable works.

technical recommendations for claims to quantity surveyor.

• Reviews and inspects the contractor’s submittals consist of shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, method statements, Contract Variation Notice(CVN), Request For Clarification(RFC), Request For Inspection(RFI) and etc.• Monitors and making the reports to senior architect regarding the nonstandard and unacceptable works in construction including issue Non-Conformance Report (NCR) to contractor for correction work require and record.• Consult and provide data for contractor’s to execute the work within the content of specifications and construction drawings.• Compile data and arrange progress reports to senior architect.

• Setup the Supplementary drawing for completed drawings of package CP300b andLandscape drawing also including update data from CP300a into CP300b.• Prepare the drawings and relevant documents for all package of Hamad Medical City projects to Civil Defense for obtaining approval the building permit. • Compile and arrange the tender documents for Hamad Medical City projects, package CP300b & CP306b consist of drawings and specifications.• Assist finding the answers for contractor’s queries during tender period.

The external appearance of the Hospital is clean, modern, and functional. It is unique with its great roof like a protective wing over the building, but inside there will be a harmony of color, light, and materials to suit each of the hospitals to their best
advantage.
