Objective:

•To identify and evaluate the potential Socio-Economic cultural impacts of a proposed Development Activity on the Lives and Circumstances of the People, Households and Communities

• An analysis to find out how much of the Change in the Outcomes can be attributed to the Project?

• It is more than the conventional Cost-Benefit Analysis, as it takes in to consideration of ‘’Value’’, not ‘’money’’ alone.

• Outcomes/Outputs=Effectiveness
