DESCRIPTION

There has been an ongoing debate about legal and ethical concerns of using social media amongst teachers and students without any establishment of a theoretically grounded philosophy. There is no consensus and common understanding on how social media can best be used to foster and maintain student-teacher relationship. At Social Media Week Rotterdam Tung Tung Chan will share why she thinks teachers and students should connect on social media and attempt to develop a ‘common sense’ solution to this issue.
