The coroner’s office sent us two key documents in October 2014. These were

not disclosed to him until he requested them. Sloven did not send

them to us or our solicitor.

We received this via a Subject Access Request from

the CCG.

Sloven didn’t disclose it.

Surveillance is wrong. But if snooping, surely listen to what is being

said, rather than snouting for potential

defamation?

I blogged my concerns about LB having

seizures in the unit.

4. More crap stuff

Calling LB’s death ‘natural causes and stating that ‘due processes were followed’ leading up to his death in

July 2013 board minutes.

Putting relentless pressure on us to meet with Katrina Percy.

Including 4 or 5 mentions of our refusal to meet in the

Monitor briefing and in various other documents

A bullying letter from the CEO, being told to ‘move on’ on BBC news, shifting goalposts and so

on ...

This is what you have done to our family.

It is inhumane to treat us with such contempt and disrespect.

Please stop it.

And can someone (in no particular order) - Health

Ombudsman, Secretary of State, CQC,

Monitor (we didn’t hack or troll btw), NHS England, the Prime Minister, the Queen,

the Pope, Simon Cowell - hold this bunch to account.
