This two story warehouse features plenty of storage space for Ms. Sloane’s and her associate’s business dealings, as well as plenty of seating for any clients or other associates. In addition, the upstairs features a large space converted into a comfortable living space for Mara, Malik, and Kurai.

Don’t mind the black spot on the roof, it’s a cabinet from the floor below that I

couldn’t get to stop showing up like that.

The computer lab provides three desks with computers, as well as seating for two and

more bookshelves for additional reading.

Though there are three computers, one is more advanced than the others. There are

also corkboards for notes and plans, as well as a map on the wall for reference.

The Piano room

The Piano room provides a quiet place for Mara, Malik, and Kurai to relax and

maybe play/listen to a little music. It provides enough seating for four and has a

door to the fire escape.

This room also provides the only type of butler that Mara and her associates trust.

The Kitchen

The Kitchen provides plenty of cabinet and counter space, as well as two sinks so

multiple sims can work. To the right is the dining table and on the other side of that

is a bar for the three to enjoy some drinks after a long day at work.

To the left is more cabinet and counter space as well as a microwave for those days the

team just doesn’t have time for a full scale meal. To the right is a bar and trash can.

The dining area provides plenty of seating for up to six people.

To the left are Malik and Kurai’s bedrooms, their shared bathroom, and the gym.

To the right is Mara’s bedroom, closet, bathroom, and the play room.

Notice: There is no access to the bathrooms or Mara’s closet from the hallway. Instead there are displays and artwork where the doors would be on the bathrooms.

This area is in front of where Mara’s bathroom is located. A nice little nook to grab

a piece of fruit.
