*Note some schools may be back in these days please ensure your have checked your child’s school holiday notices before booking please. If your child is back at school these days in August will be added to your term time booking so please don’t duplicate by making a holiday booking. Each school holidays are different so we ask parents to double check before booking thank you.

Terms Payment for July only dates will be due on 28th June Payment for August only dates will be due on 28th July Payment for a mixture of dates throughout summer will be split evenly with 50% payable on 28th June and 50% on 28th July NOTE we WILL NOT refund days after they have been booked (this is only fair to our staff who are allocated holiday entitlement

AFTER bookings have been made) We aim to have at least one trip each month but cannot confirm the date of trips until nearer summer when we have all bookings in.

Please don’t feel that children will miss out if they aren’t in on trip days – due to the nature of our activity camps we will have in house visits relating to the activity that week.

You will receive an acknowledgement email within 5 working days. If you don’t receive an acknowledgement please contact our Head of Admin on 028 94339031. You will receive an invoice when we put your booking on to the system. Please ensure that the days recorded on the invoice are correct – and please don’t worry if you receive this invoice months before summer – the invoice doesn’t fall due until dates mentioned in terms above
