EY Business

Academy

We know that making decisions about your future

career isn’t easy. That’s why, as one of the UK’s top

employers for school leavers, we’ve created the EY

Business Academy – a one-week paid work

experience programme for year 12 students.

What does it involve?

During this fun and intensive week, you’ll learn

business skills fast through a mixture of real client

work and training sessions.

What are the benefits?

Learning from current EY Apprentices, you’ll see what

it’s actually like to work within a global professional

services firm. If successful, you could even be fast-

tracked for a place on the 2019 EY Business

Apprenticeship.

Where do they happen?

We’ll host you at one of our offices around the UK: Aberdeen, Birmingham,

Cambridge, Edinburgh, Exeter, Leeds, London, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle,

Reading or Southampton.

Who’s eligible?

You must be in year 12/5th year completing three A levels, five Highers or

equivalent qualifications. You also need to live within a one hour commuting

distance of the office location you apply to.

What are other school leavers saying?

Lucy, who completed the EY Business Academy in July 2017, says “As well as

building skills in goal-setting and communication, my best moment of the week

was meeting so many interesting people and hearing about how they joined EY.”

What next?

Places on the EY Business Academy fill up fast, so visit the website where you can

find everything you need to complete your application.
