USMS2、Fuel sensor installation、1) find the fuel sensor as the following picture.2) Drill a hole on the top of the fuel tank. And insert the fuel sensor to the fuel tank.The fuel sensor must can be touch the buttom of the tank.3第 3/3 页

4) Connect “Fuel L” cable to the fuel sensor as the following picture.

USMS5) Find the RMS cable “1# BAT-U” and the “2# BAT-U”. These should be measured oftotal battery voltage. If only has one battery group, we use cable “1# BAT-U” tomeasure total battery voltage. If two battery groups in the battery cabinet, we usecable “1# BAT-U” and the “2# BAT-U” to measure total battery voltage separately.6) Find the RMS cable “Temp”.7第 7/7 页

8) Open the Temperature transducer. then connect the cable “Temp” to theTemperature transducer. As the following picture.

USMS4、ATS cabinet sensor installation and cable connection、1) Fine the following cables connect to the ATS cabinet.“AC-CTR”“DG UA”“DG CTR”“DG MANU”“DC PWR”“DTSD3366M-2-W1”“RJ 45-10”“RJ 45-11”2) Fine the cable “DG UA” connect to the DG phase A voltage at the genset loadoutput.

3) Fine the cable “DC PWR” connect to the DG battery voltage at the ATS.

4) Fine the cable “DTSD3366M-2-W1” connect to the phase three voltage at the ATSload output. Voltage need connected to public part.

USMS5) Fine the cable “RJ45-10 interface” .6) Connect three current CT to the commercial power output location, as thefollowing picture. Take care of the direction. Phase 3 current (Ia/Ib/Ic) must beconsistency with ATS phase 3 voltage(phase A/phase B/phase C).10第 10 / 10 页
