Step 1: Find the file “ZXM10-EISUConfig software” in your laptop, Double click it.

Part 3 : Download "v2para.tar.gz"

Step 1: Connect LAN cable between EISU MIP port and laptop LAN port.

Step 2: Open Eisuconfig software

Step 3: Click “scan server IP”

Step 4: Wait a few seconds, Then IP will be obtained and show it in right interface

Step 5: Input password(11111111),and then click “login”

Step 6: Please check the “”Channal Param config”menu . If the "1" position data, please skip "Part 3: Download" v2para.tar.gz " If the "1" position no data, perform "Step 7".

Step 7: Select”Device Mangement”.

Step8: Select”Device Mangement”.

“2” position,please select "Download configuration”

. Download "v2para.tar.gz",Select FTP, FTP window will pop up. Please do not close.

Step8: Restart EISU.

Part4 : Download "ATS Upgrade package"

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.

Step 2: Select”Device Mangement”.

“2” position,please select "Updata package” . Please select the appropriate ATS.

Step 3: Click to “download”.


Step5: Check the ATS download situation, Select”VAS Configure”. If the "1" position data, the download was successful

Part 5 : Check the fluid level,AC meter and DC meter. Check the fluid levelStep 1: Login EISUconfig.

Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "COM1" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

1. "1" position Select "COM1"2. Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Step 3: Check protocol.( The default protocol has been downloaded) If there is an protocol to skip "Step 4" If you did not. Click "Select DLL File", download protocol.

Step 4: Click "Select DLL File", download protocol. Click”Set Smart Port”

Step 5: Click “Read Serial Port Para”,”2” position Data needs and picture consistent, if not modify.( Configuration is

complete, you need to restart EISU.)

Step 6: Click “Read”,Data is “1”. If it is not "1", click "Set" to modify.

Step 6: Click”Smart Channel Data”Click “Read Data”.

If the "3" position display " DI-3000=1": Description sensor failure, check the wiring,Check” Step 5”.

If a large number of data, device is working properly.

Check AC meter

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.

Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "COM3" Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Check protocol.( The default protocol has been downloaded) If not, please download protocol.( Reference fluid level Download protocol.)

Step 3: Click “Read Serial Port Para”,”2” position Data needs and picture consistent, if not modify.( Configuration is complete, you need to restart EISU.)

Step 4: Click “Read”,Data is “1”. If it is not "1", click "Set" to modify.


If the "3" position display " DI-3000=1": Description sensor failure, check the wiring,Check” Step 3”.


Check DC meter Step 1: Login EISUconfig. Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”, Select "Access Control"

Click “Read Serial Port Para”.

Check protocol.( The default protocol has been downloaded) If not, please download protocol.( Reference fluid level Download protocol.)

Step 3: Click “Read Serial Port Para”,”2” position Data needs and picture consistent, if not modify.( Configuration is complete, you need to restart EISU.)

Step 4: Click “Read”, Please set DC meter last 4 bit number.


If the "3" position display "DI-3000=1": Description sensor failure, check the wiring,Check” Step 3”.


Part 6: Set VAS and FuelStep 1: Login EISUconfig.

Step 2: Select”Serial Port Management”Menu.

Step 3: Select”gassline_monitor”Menu. Click”Param Config”.

Step4: Tank configuration parameters. Need to configure four positions. Reference Picture Settings.

1. Position 1 Set the tank parameters

2. Position2 Set “No use”

3. Position3 Reference Picture Settings.

4. Position4 Set” Fuel Sensor Para”.

Select “DeviceName”

Select”Channal 1”

5. Position5 Set” Oil Engine para”. Reference Picture Settings.

Step5:Set Fuel stealing para.

Step 6: In the lower right corner,First click "Save", the second click "Download".Step7: Restart EISU.

Step8: Reboot is complete, you need to wait 5 minutes.Step9: Check the channel.( Channel correctly, do not perform” Step9”—“ Step13”)

Step10: If the channel is incorrect, please reconfigure the VAS.

Step11: Delete "gassline_monitor".

Step12:Add “gassline_monitor”.

Step13: Repeat “Step 3”--- “Step 8”.

Part 7: Set EISU IDStep 1: Login EISUconfig.Step 2: Select”Network Setting”, Reading Network Information.

Step 3: Set EISU ID.


Part 8: RMS server information and SIM card

Step 1: Login EISUconfig.Step 2: Select”Wirless Management”, set picture parameter.

Server IP:10.218.207.7 Server port:9999(10 model site configure 9999, Other sites

configured to 9998) APN:zterms

Step 3: Test SIM card. Display "OK" normal network.

Complete all configuration,Please contact "SyedTufailMazhar", he will configure the site in NMS
